The service

These terms describe use of the Diabetic Athletic website and member app. Diabetic Athletic operates from South Africa and is run by coach Nicholas. Questions about these terms can be sent to nick@citybowlfitness.co.za.

The service presents coaching, educational materials, and member tools relating to training, nutrition, and living with Type 1 diabetes. It is not a medical service. See the Health and fitness disclaimer.

Accounts and acceptable use

Some app features require an account. Keep your sign-in details private, use accurate account information, and tell the service operator if you believe someone else has accessed your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access another person's account or information without permission.

Do not post another person's confidential or health information in member areas unless you have the right and permission to share it. Community and messaging features may be visible to other members or coaches according to how those features work.

Content and availability

Coaching materials, app tools, and recordings may change or be unavailable from time to time. Membership purchases and the billing portal are currently unavailable. The terms for any paid membership will be shown before purchase.

Do not copy, redistribute, or sell member-only materials without permission.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not include a blanket waiver of responsibility for injury, death, or other loss.
